I’m a workplace culture consultant and facilitator with a background in social sciences, creative leadership, and entrepreneurship. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across sectors — from frontline social services to startup hubs— helping people and organisations build cultures of belonging, creativity, and resilience.
My career began in social counselling, supporting people navigating mental health challenges, recovery, and systemic inequality. Those years grounded my belief in dignity-first leadership and inclusion that can’t be faked. Since then, I’ve founded and led multiple initiatives focused on well-being and equity, from a global platform for Indigenous professionals to a SaaS tool supporting organisational DEI strategy.
Today, I bring that experience into the business world: helping teams unlock creativity, strengthen connection, and build the conditions where people can truly do their best work. My approach blends strategy with empathy, evidence with creativity, and it always begins with people.
